1. Thursdays: 3:30pm-9pm (by appointment)
2. Saturday: 9am-1pm (by appointment)
3. Alternate location: Friday afternoons (3pm-6pm) at Pure Life Nutrition on 1560 Avenue Rd, just north of  Lawrence (website: Pure Life Nutrition) (by appointment)
   

Payment Methods:

All fees are subject to 5% GST.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express (1.2% charge for use – AMEX only), Debit (Interac), or cheque are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Minimum 24 hours advance notice is required for rescheduling appointments.
